What is an "in-depth" reading?

An in-depth reading is very through lasting 45 mins to an hour+ of diving deep into your situation, pulling a full tarot spread, and also clarifying the full spread.

Is this a phone call/facetime reading?

No, all readings are PRE-RECORDED videos that are sent to your email via a private link.
